Architecture of the Space
The “Spiral House” project demonstrates how 3D interior visualization helps reveal the character of a contemporary urban space built around distinctive architectural decisions. The central feature of the project is a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop. It creates a visual rhythm in the living room and sets the dynamic tone for the entire interior. Thanks to photorealistic 3D visualization, the expressiveness of the staircase, its form, and its interplay with light have been faithfully communicated — a crucial outcome for objects with complex geometry.
Spatial Logic and Zoning
The apartment includes several functional areas: a light-filled living room with high ceilings, a kitchen-dining area, a home office, a bedroom, a children’s room, and a large walk-in closet. All spaces are unified by a clean-lined aesthetic and a nuanced color palette. Key elements — soft combinations of greens, beiges, and graphite tones — help foster a calm atmosphere. The interior design visualization shows how different functional zones remain connected through light, materials, and consistent architectural logic.
Materials, Textures, and Color
Natural wood, soft textiles, and matte surfaces dominate the project. These materials visually soften the strict geometry of the furniture and emphasize the scale of the space. Decorative elements — molding, metal accents, and textured panels — add depth. High-quality detailed interior renders allow close inspection of texture work — from subtle transitions on soft furnishings to reflections on glass surfaces. The color palette is built on nuanced tones, making the interior calm yet expressive.
Lighting and Realism of Visualization
Lighting scenarios are one of the key tools in this project. Daylight from large windows produces soft reflections, while local fixtures add focal intensity. Evening scenarios are executed using concealed lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. The light work was done using Corona Renderer for 3D visualization, delivering realistic shadows and truthful depth. This approach helps the viewer feel the true materiality of the space.
The Importance of Visualization for the Project
Thanks to the professional work of the interior visualizer, the “Futurist” project allows clients to evaluate architectural decisions, materials, and lighting ahead of time. 3D interior visualization helps form a clear understanding of the future space and confidence in the design solutions, making the project well-thought-out and cohesive even before implementation.
